Re-registration Transfer

If you want to transfer another provider's product to us, you need to re-register the funds to us which requires an illustration. If you have access, you can do this online, or contact us on 0345 604 4001 to request an illustration. Call charges will vary.
Please have the following information ready:

  • The names and SEDOL numbers for the funds you're looking to re-register to us
  • The current value of each of these funds.

Once you've received your illustration, you can complete the re-registration and transfer authority forms for your product and return to us.

Manage regular contributions

To change your regular contributions, you would first need to request an illustration. If you have access, you can do this online. Alternatively, you can do this by asking your adviser, or contacting us on 0345 604 4001. Call charges will vary.
Please have the following information ready:

  • New fund selection
  • Wrapper ID
  • New amount.

Once you've received your illustration, you can complete the regular payment form and return to us.

There are minimum monthly amounts required for some funds - these are listed in the Key Features document.

Paying charges from a GIA

If you want to pay your charges from another Aegon product other than your GIA, please complete the relevant section in the change of product details form below:

Moving money from your joint GIA into your ISA

You can move assets held within your GIA into your ISA, to benefit from the tax advantages of an ISA. These contributions will still be subject to annual ISA limits. To move your money, contact your adviser or call us on 0345 604 4001 to request an illustration and an application form. Call charges will vary. 
Please have the following information ready:

  • The total amount you are looking to move to your ISA
  • The names and SEDOL numbers for the funds you want to invest the contribution in
  • The percentage of the investment you would like to invest in each of these funds.

Unit conversion

Where you currently hold an income or accumulation fund and want to convert this to the alternative fund class where this is available, you may want to do a unit conversion.  If you have transactional access, you can do this online. Alternatively, you can complete the form below and return to us.
